Circus

We took Carter down to the Circus on Friday- Justin wanted to do some family time before leaving to Colorado. Carter had been talking about the Circus all week & when we got to my parents to meet Justin, Carter didn't want to get out of the car because he thought we were gonna leave him there. The ride wasn't as bad as we thought it was gonna be with Mr jabber pants..It was funny cause Carter kept trying to get out of his buckles , so finally Justin told him he was going to call the elephants & tell them not to come to the circus if he took his buckles off- so every time Carter would reach for his buckles-Justin would pick up his phone & say he was calling the elephants. So Carter says "dad-put phone in your pocket, not call the elephants" -it worked :)

We went down on the floor before & seen everything up close. The black guys on stilts came right by us & actually walked over me while I was holding Carter & after that he was scared to death of them & was really focusing on where they were at - at all times so they didn't get close to us again. He pretty much loved everything & was in aw of it all the whole time. He has to tell everyone about the tigers, elephants, motorcycles & people on the trampoline.There was an empty seat next to us-so he just sat in it the whole time with his popcorn- besides taking a few potty breaks...It was very entertaining-lasted almost 3 hours ,surprisingly Carter made it through the whole thing! "cheese" face & all :)
