Getting Wood

The kids & I went up a few times with Justin's parents in September to help them get wood, the kids love going even though all they pretty much do is sit in the weeds on a blankie & eat treats or play with Shadow...

The last time we went up, Carter found this caterpillar & he thought it was the funnest thing ever! I was surprised but he was letting it crawl all over him & everything!

 Tenley on the other hand HATED that thing, hated would be an understatement, she was terrified of it if it even got close to her. Those of you that know Tenley good, know she is not scared of anything, she's wild, brave & usually pretty ok with bugs,  not caterpillars for some reason! {kind of remindes me of the stick decoration turtle at my mom's house she used to be sooo afraid of} Such a funny girl!

 We love going & watching the guys get wood & helping cut twigs {what Carter does with his black & decker chain saw :) }
