Camping up the Narrows!

August 3rd we went camping up the Narrows with a couple of our friends! The kids had so much fun, there was a little sand box, horse shoe area they sat & played in...We tented it once again, the kids are getting use to the tent & slept great at night. Tenley got a little moody in the day, but napping while camping is nearly impossible with her, so we just dealt with her :)

Saturday day we all went up to the dam & let the kids swim & catch crawdads, none of them had caught crawdads before so the kids were really excited to see what they were like

Saturday we decided to give floating the river a try. It was quite the adventure, we tied all of our tubes together. The guys had went into town & bought the cheap black {kid type tubes} so it was pretty comedy watching Nate & Justin try & float on those :) When we tried to stop & get out by our camp, it was a little crazy, the water was so shallow but it was like the fastest part. So it took a lot of work getting all of us to shore! We had a great time, we sure love getting together with our friends.
 {Jake & Christina made the trip over from Wyoming but only stayed Friday night, til Saturday morning, glad they could make it up though, our kids love Taylee & Tayson}
