Rodeo Days {Carnival}

Of course we did the parade all 3 nights! Nothing better than a long parade with lots of treats! We found a shady spot to sit , that wasn't crowded...

Ricky gave us free tickets to Thursdays rodeo, so we went & sat in there for a few events then once the lines to the rides had died down a little bit, we went & did a few more rides...

We sent Tenley down the slide by herself, she came off her gunny sack & almost ended up in the other slides lane! They both liked the little rides & wanted to go on them all night~When we first got to the carnival Justin asked Carter if he wanted to go on the Zipper, & showed him which ride it was...I looked at Justin like "seriously". Well Carter ended up saying yes, & never chickening out {after waiting in line for like 35 minutes, I thought he might get a little nervous & change his mind} He was barely tall enough, but since Justin was going with the guy let him go.

I could hear Carter squealing a little bit at first, but when they got off, he said it was a little scary at first but he liked it, I was so shocked! This little stud we use to have to talk into going on rides & throwing darts at balloons because it was too loud is on the zipper! Man they grow up so fast!!!
Saturday we went to the rodeo. Its a must every year! The kids were really good & watched the whole rodeo. We passed Tenley back & forth between my parents {in a different section} & us. They did ask for a caramel apple part way thru. :)

 This weekend is always so sad when its over because its like the last little fun hoo-raw before summer is over!!
